1. Definitions

1.1. “Deliverables” means all services and materials, and the related benefits, available from time to time, from and as determined in the discretion of, Licensor or its authorized affiliates, for use in connection with the Digital Content (including, but not limited to, product maintenance and support and updates, if any).

제공상품이란 권한을 가진자 또는 인증된 제휴업체들은 디지털 콘텐츠와 관련된 사용에 대하여 재량권의 결정에 따라 모든 서비스와 소재들, 관련된 혜택, 이따금씩 사용가능 하다.

1.2. “Digital Content” means the particular image files, video files, templates, project files, data files, and other digital products available through the website, along with any related materials, modifications, and updates, if any, provided by Licensor to You. Digital Content does not include any product tutorials accessible through the Website.

1.2 "디지털 콘텐츠"는 특정한 이미지 파일, 비디오파일, 템플리트, 프로젝트파일, 데이터파일, 기타 웹사이트를 통해 사용가능한 디지털 상품, 어떠한 관련된 소재, 수정, 업데이트 등 라이센서로부터 당신에게 제공되는 모든 것들을 의미한다.

1.3. “User License“ means the right granted by Licensor to You to use the Digital Content and any applicable Deliverables, as described in Section 2 of this License and pursuant to the terms of this License.

"사용자 라이선스"는 라이센서로부터 당신에게 부여되는 권리로 당신은 디지털 콘텐츠를 사용할 수 있고, 모든 해당되는 상품을 말한다. 라이선스의 용어에 따라, 섹션2에서 명시되있다.
